Default group prmitions for new projects

Hi,
This might have been already asked for but not implemented yet.
I wish ...
That when you add a new project instead of having every group in the system full access to the project they will all be denied access and we'll need to give the apropriate groups the access they need.

This is simply since there are so many groups in hte system 95% not DS related.

Usually you'll only need to define 3-4 groups to have DS access wihich is far better then unset 15 and modifiying another 2-3.
