How to create schema file? how to use in real time projects?

Welcome aboard.

The easiest way to create a schema file is to save it from a table definition. However, if you know what you are doing, you can create a schema file using any text editor.

It would be unusual to use a schema file in a real time job. Real time jobs - at least in my experience - expect particular (and unchanging) formats inbound.

You can go through the 'manuals' . I think its described in the last few pages of the developer guide
