How to access a table from SAS library

Hi All,
I have a following requirement.
I need to access a Table which is in a SAS SPDS library. Can you kindly guide me how do I connect to the SAS library from datastage to get the data out of that table?
Can I use SAS stage to read the table from library? To access SAS library, do I need to have SAS installed in the server?
