S103268(SAP ID) is not a CPIC-C user

Hi Teasm ,
SAP login/password error from Data Stage ABAP Stage, when validating stage in abap stsge , getting error that "S103268 is not a CPIC-C user."
Recently SAP login password is changed, while connecting SAP from Data Stage ABAP stage, unable to connect SAP due to above error.
Same user id S103268 connecting to SAP without any issue before change of password till few days back.
Attached error message.
Please help me to resolve this.
