Is it possible to specify a string delimiter when reading files i.e. ' ~' (space then tilde)?
I can see a string delimiter can be specified when writing to files.
Thanks

That should be on the
format tab.

My offshore resource is telling me that the delimiter option on the outputs format tab only takes one character?
Thanks

Sure, but it should also have the standard "delimiter string" option as well. Sorry, can't check in any way just going by the docs.

There are two incompatible options. "Delimiter" is a single character. "Delimiter string" is one or more characters. Only one of these can be selected at any one time.

Thanks Guys. The offshore resource did not see the other option- delimiter string.
Once he selected the 'delimiter string' option the problem was resolved.
Thanks
