Netezza data issue

Hi,
We are seeing issue while reading and writing into netezza database.
datatype is double precision in source and target and the db is netezza.
Issue:
We are using RCP, data is getting rounded off to (precision 1) and the value at the second place(precision 2) is being truncated while reading from Netezza Connector stage.
Any suggestions please.
