Multiple Segment Discriminators in CFF Stage

I am working with mainframe files using CFF stage and ran into a scenario where two segments with different layout have the same discriminator value. I have a another discriminator which can distinguish between these two segment.

CFF stage complains that segment ID value is not unique ! Any one came across such scenario? If so, please share the trick.
