Reject records for Oacle OCI stage

Hi,
I have a requirement like if the records and getting dropped while loading the target oracle table using Oracle OCI stage in Datastage Px 8.1 the job should fail.
I am not using the reject property of the stage, but if any records are silently dropping because of NULL constraints or anything , then the jobs should fail.
Job Design :- Source Oracle OCI stage --> Transforme --> Target Oracle OCI stage.
At present this is not happening, it will try to load the records and if it fails then it silently drop the records and remaining the records will be loaded and the job showing it as completed.
Can anyone please help me on this.

Please edit both of your posts (yes, you can do that) to add the DataStage version, O/S and to set the Job Type to Parallel, information that can be important in getting you a proper answer.
