How to configure SCD in DS 8.5?

Hello,
I am trying to configure SCD/surrogate key in SCD stage in DS 8.5.
But I am not able to configure it properly. I am very new to DS version 8.5.
Anybody please explain me how to handle SCD in 8.5

Is the Parallel Job Developer's Guide (beginning on page 395) of any help?
