Reading Cobol File and Merge the records again

I have scenario and I am trying to accomplish by using ODO clause in Target CCF stage but its not wrking ?

Input Scenario :
Key | Col1 | Col2 | Col3
1 | X | Y | Z
1 | X | Y | Z
2 | A | B |C

Ouput :
1 |X|Y|Z|X|Y|Z
2 |A|B|C
