DB2 Bulk Loader - Error allocating environment handle

I am trying to load the data from sequencial file to DB2 table by using the DB2 bulk loader (Datastage 7.5.1 PX).

I am getting the "Error allocating environment handle"

Any solution for the above issue is very helpful.

Could you cut-and-paste all the error messages - there should be more information available than what you posted initially.
