LDAP setup on AIX

I am having trouble getting ldap to work. my environment is

Engine layer - AIX box 1
Logical layer (WAS server) - AIX box 2
MetaData Repository (oracle) - AIX box 3

during installation of engine and WAS i explicitly mention the oracle db and is properly configured. after installation i could test ran a job with row generator and peek stage and runs successfully.
Now the Engine layer AIX OS has Kereberos Authentication and LDAP active directory. i did all changes for ldap setup as per documenation and so when i open Information server port 9080 i can see all my organization ldap accounts.
but when i try to login i get the standard unable to login error on AIX BOX1;

Has anyone got kerberos and ldap active directory to work together ?
