Netezza Enterprise Stage - Quoted Value

Is there a way to specify quotedValue in Netezza Enterprise stage.
I am writing to a Netezza Enterprise stage and I am able to change the delimitter but cannot create quoted values.
I am using the Load Method = nzload and Write Mode = Replace
Since I might have the delimitter (which I have changed to "|") in my input, I want to quote it but I cannot see an option for this in the Netezza stage.
