Problem with Teradata Connector

I am getting the following error when i try to test the connection on TD connector. It sound like either an installation issue or a bug but i wanted to ask if everyone has got similar problems before. IBM 's tech support knows the problem but i though i might get a faster response from here. (It usually is the case)

An exception was received from the handler: Error loading connector library libcctera.so. Could not load the module
/opt/infosrvr/nodeA/InformationServer/Server/DSComponents/bin/libcctera.so

Dependent module libcliv2.so could not be loaded.

Check your shared library search list contains the library's directory.

Check that the executing user has execute permission to the library.

That rings a bell, have you installed the 8.0.1 patch release?
New release: IBM Information Server 8.0.1 Fix Pack 1a. You could also try upgrading to 8.1 and skip the fix pack.
