Migrating Server jobs to IIS datastage v8.1

Hi,
We are planning to migrate our server jobs which are developed in 1.5 to IIS v8.1. Has anybody done this? Have you faced any problems? How easy or how difficult it is to migrate to 8.1. Please let me know

OK, better.

Outside of the "8-ness" of everything, Server jobs should work (and upgrade) just like they have in the past - painlessly and automatically. To the best of my knowledge.

OK but let's not muddy the waters. The question was specifically about Server job "migration" not what a PITA an 8.x upgrade can be in general nor anything about Parallel jobs.

Ok...I guess the problem started. I imported the 7.5 server jobs into 8.1. Tried running some of them. I am getting the following error.
ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of oraoci9.dll - The specified module could not be found.
Iguess becuase we have used oraoci9 stage in our server jobs. Any solution for this.

Sounds like you missed a configuration step... don't you already have a post on this issue?
