So, not "trying to schedule" but scheduled and ran, it seems. Please explain what "but the status is not updating on Director" means.

I am trying to schedule a job by using add to schedule.

In the View Menu, when I choose "Schedule" the status should show the scheduled time but here, its showing "Not Scheduled" but got fired as per the scheduled time.

Are you certain you are using the same userid to check the schedule as was used to 'Add to schedule'? What does "crontab -l" show for the user in question?

Since answering my questions seems to be a problem, perhaps your official support provider can help. What advice did they have for you when you reported this problem?
