Unable to paste the complete user defined SQL in oraclestage

Hi All

In the oracel stage is there any maximum limit , because i prepared one SQL that is having more then 1000 lines, i am unable to paste the complete SQL in the DATASTAGE oracle stage, there is any limit?
Please suggest me any other alternative way?

Create a view. I have encountered similar problems even with much smaller queries. I was able to paste them, but the job would abort and from the log it was obvious that datastage truncated the query text. I don't know the exact limit for the number of characters.
