How do u check for the consistency and integrity of model and repository?
Did you get this one wrong in the interview?
Seriously, these 'fishing' type questions of yours don't really have a place here. Now, if you have an actual problem with your repository and let us know what you've tried to do so far to fix it and ask some specific questions then we'd be glad to chime in with answers.

Which model, which repository?Unless you specify your question more clearly , i cant give you right answers.
I however can give a few hints:::
To verify your hashed files , you can use analyze.file
for system , use analyze.shm with all its sundry options.
To see semaphores, use the smat -a command
To fix corrupt UV files, use uvfixfile .
Use LIST.---- commands to list various objects and status of locks
To report project licensing info use DS.TOOLS
