What do you mean by application phase?

What is the write mode? Is it insert/update/delete?

Contact your Teradata DBA and have them reset the load status of the tables and drop the error tables.

Then, open the director application and highlight the job in question.

Next, click the reset button looks like: <|<|

Then, click the run button: |>

Thanks.
