can any one say the steps how to extract the data from oracle enterprise stage?

The documentation can say. There's an entire chapter on the stage in the Connectivity Guide for Oracle Databases pdf.

More to the point - the forums aren't here to provide you with free training because you won't make the effort to read the documentation.

Read the chapter Craig pointed out, and if you encounter a problem then post the specific steps you took, the settings you used, and the error messages that were returned.

Create an output link.
Add appropriate metadata to the stage and link properties.

Actually, the answer is that there's no Oracle enterprise stage in server jobs. You marked the job type as Server.
