Has there been a resolution to this problem?

I am also experiencing the same issue. I would like to delete rows based on some condition before I load into the table. I am trying ot use the Oracle 'Open command' but am not successful.

I can use a PL/SQL block to do this, or execute a defined stored procedure as the 'Open command' but am not able to simply specify the SQL.

I actually did not put the semi-colon.. but in the director log, in the error messages i see that it was added by default when it was evaluated.. i tried job parameters and i also tried qualifying it with the schema/user name, inspite of being the owner for that table...

thanks
