DataStage Projects Not Available in the Designer Client

I'm logging into the Designer client, however the only project I see is DataClick. I'm on the RHEL O/S. My user have all roles and suite components assigned to it. I can see the projects in the Administrator client and can see the Permissions where I am indeed a DataStage Administrator with that (and all projects). I can also see all the projects and jobs in the InfoSphere Server Manager.
I also created a new user with the DataStage and Suite User roles. Then I assigned that user under a Project as a DataStage Developer. I tried to log in, but get the error that I don't have any projects.
This is a new install and the first time we've set this up in Linux.
What am I missing?
