Apps from Datastage code

Is it possible to create an App from the datastage code?

Describe what you mean by "application"? ...that can be a very broad term.....

Well, if "app" means web service then yes.

However, to integrate DataStage as an "always on" service behind a web (or other application) your site must have purchased the InfoSphere Information Services Director (IISD) product, which is somewhat pricey.
As such, most sites do not buy it by default, and only purchase it when required.
