Registering Existing Engine Tier With Services Tier

Hi DS Gurus,
I need a little help in registering already existing Engine Tier with the Newly installed Services tier. I have a development Environment in which following topology is being used for Data stage.
Server A: Repository,Services and Clients tiers are being installed on this server.
Server B: Engine tier is being installed on this server.
Due to some reasons i had to refresh the server A and had to re-install all the mentioned DS tiers on it. I have successfully installed all tiers and now i want to link this server with the Engine tier.I'm currently using DS version 11.7.
Is there any way that i can point this installation to already existing Engine tier on server B?
