It's interesting that over a week after the announcement, the End of Support dates on this page:
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/support/lifecycle/

...are still blank (implying no end of support) for:

InfoSphere DataStage 8.7.0
InfoSphere DataStage 8.5.0
InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage Designer 8.7.0
InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage Designer 8.5.0
InfoSphere DataStage Server for SAS 8.7.0
InfoSphere DataStage Server for SAS 8.5.0
InfoSphere DataStage Workgroup Edition 8.7.0

...however the dates have been updated for:

InfoSphere Information Server 8.7.0
InfoSphere Information Server 8.5.0
InfoSphere Information Server Workgroup Edition 8.7.0
InfoSphere Information Server Workgroup Edition 8.5.0

So regardless of whether you see a date or blank from an IBM link, "check your sources"!
