Security - Defining Users and Groups

Hi All,

we are new to Inforamation Analyzer. It has been installed and we wanted to understand if there a general guidelines/best practices on how we configure the security around it.
Like how best to group users based on different roles that could use IA.

I understand there is no context here, of how this will be used, but any info around this will be very helpful
