Which report are you running, or does this happen for ALL reports?
is there anything in C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\InfoSphere\iasHandler-server1.log and C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\InfoSphere\iasServer-server1.log

Thanks for reply. I was running a standard report from IA Reports, e.g. Column Profile - Post Review; because running standard report doesn't create a job in DataStage, so I can't see the job log in DataStage Director, and I can't see the complete error message from window either. I'm an end user, so I can't view error log on Server. I checked my c drive, but not seeing the path and log file that you stated. Is there a way that I could capture the error message on IA client?
