We have couple of Questions about Information Analyzer
1) We are not able to Delete Datasources /Host once created.getting following error "Cannot Delete try again later"
2) Where does Information Analyzer store the information about Datasources.
3) How much space are required to do column analysis for 100 million records.

Not sure why you're getting that error. Can you still connect to the source properly?
Metadata about data sources is stored in XMETA. Going in there and trying to fix it yourself is not a great idea.
As for how much space you need in IADB, it's entirely up to your data.
Each column being analysed results in a _FD table, and the higher the cardinality the more records in there.
A rule of thumb is to multiply the size of the source data by 5.
