Problem in lookup in server

In a server job we are performing a =
look up on a=20
table. If the data is there we should update else insert. For this in a=20
transformer we have made the table as a reference link. New data is in a =
hashed=20
file. Key fields are being linked in the transformer. now should we give =
a=20
constraint based on the lookup to divide the data in 2 files. One the =
data which=20
are to be directly inserted, and other where data whicha has to be =
updated are=20
stored.  We are getting error that "rows are not linked properly".=20
Is there any other method to perform this task in server =
job. =20
Otherwise please specify  r we going wrong
