CFF problem on 5.2R1

Upgraded from 4.1 to 5.2R1. The CFF Stage is no longer working properly and we are receiving garbage data. Has anyone else run into this?

CFF version 3 is shipped with 5.2R1. Dropped back to version 1 which is offered on Ascential's web site and the CFF stage is now working successfully.
