You *should* be able to. Look at the 'Command Line Interface' section of your Server Job Developer's Guide. Without getting into specifics, as I don't know either Control-M or what O/S you are running on, you should be able to schedule 'scripts' or 'batch jobs' that communicate (ie, start jobs) with the DataStage Server via the CLI.
