sh /usr/apps/home/dev2/testprj/dfshsupldmv.sh /usr/apps/home/dev2/testprj/arch date_tt.dat"

Output from command ====>
Usage: /usr/apps/home/dev2/testprj/dfshsupldmv.sh File Path

It seems that the script is expecting the File first and then the Path,
but in your script you have put the path and then the file ?
