Abnormal termination of stage test.IDENT2 detected in the FTP stage.
I am facing this issue every week these days especially on friday's
After resetting the job and triggering it again, the job will run fine.
Now, I dont know why it is getting failed in first attempt.
Please help me out in it

First step... get you in the correct forum. Done.
Second, if you Reset the aborted job is a new message added to the log which says "From previous run..."? If so, post the contents. Also note that IDENT2 is an "invisible" transformer that is added to the job at runtime between two passive stages, sometimes the fix can be as simple as explicitly adding it in yourself even if it "does nothing".
