Project gets locked on its own

hi,

there is one project that gets locked on its own with some unknown reason. it says that the project is locked by the administrator, try later or see adminstrator.

the problem sometimes gets resolved after some time on its own or we have to restart the Datastage application.

is the problem with the project created, network or the datastage appliction setup?

Please help as i need to resolve this as soon as possible.
