When you do the migration, did you use the same full path, or was the path different?

Also, did you ensure that the user accounts's UID/GID are the same on the other server?

Migration has occurred a long time ago. And I don't have access to old server to compare values. MATching are working but i can't modify them.

Fixed. The problem was in different NLS on server and local machine.
