Is it possible to standardize the international persons

Is it possible to standardize the international individual/organization names in a common stage. ? Like MNS stage for international addresses.

Only by creating your own rule set. Names are too variable to use any out-of-the-box rule set. And, even with your own rule set, you need a thorough understanding of the "rules" - for example, how are Western, Korean, Russian, Japanese and Arabic names standardized? (Tip: there are differences.)

For company names, there is an EXPCOM in the 'Other' folder.

... for US company names. EXPCOM is not really multi-national.
