I'm not sure about the others, but I think that joining a forum and, in your first post, asking "give me {free} stuff now" is not a good start. I certainly don't feel like going and writing up a precis and emailing it to.

Have you read the "read me"? It describes how to use the Search facility - which in turn would have lead you to several threads on the two topics you are asking about.

If you need a more detailed or comprehensive document for standards and best practices you can check with your local IBM training centre for an appropriate course or hire a professional to do this for you. There are many such experts here on DSXChange who can do this for commensurate remuneration.

The nice thing about standards is that there are so many to choose from.

For example, UNIX began life as a standard. So did SQL.
