Row merger stage

I have used the row merger stage to combine multiple rows into one row. But with RTI jobs,since the instances are continously running, the row merger stage concatenates all the previous instance rows to the current instance rows. Is there any way to ensure that the row merger merges the rows belonging to current instance only? Something like flushing the row merger buffer before every instance starts.
