And I just noticed that you posted in the wrong forum. This one is specifically for RTI issues. 
If you want to pursue this, I'd suggest posting in the correct forum for Sequence job questions - General or Server - and explain why you think you'd want to be able to do this. People may then be able to provide an alternate solution.
