All jobs should be able to have a set of default parameters if so chosen. For instance, JobName, ProName, FilePath should be able to defined in Globals as default parameters for all jobs and when any job is created that job should have those variables included within the job. However, should the values be set, these of course might not be accurate, but the job should at the very least automatically have these included.

In addition, the job default values should be able to overwritten locally.
