DSXchange

Hi,

I have been observing issue since couple of months while loading the dsxchange web page ..It spins the wheel for ever :D and finally gives me following error.
I had to be patient and try couple of times to load the page .If I am lucky enough :D like this I can post something .Not sure any user experiencing this issue or its an with network connection.

Dear Admin,Please look to this issue and advise me .

This occurs once per day, when the database is being backed up. It's usually only down for three minutes or so.
If it occurs at other times, then there may be another connectivity issue, or maybe an overload. But I typically see it at the same time each day.
