Premium membership upgrade issue

Hi All,
Would anyone know of the quickest way of getting in touch with Dennis or anybody else that could help with upgrading the membership? I have emailed him to membership.director@dsxchange.com and it bounced. I have also texted him to the phone number provided in viewtopic.php?t=157563
and there is no response.
How is this best resolved?
