Premium Content access

I paid for premium membership 2 weeks ago (account = PeteM) and still cannot see premium content. I have sent an email to the membership director twice, but no response.

First of all, let's get you over into the proper forum, which is this one. Second, please read the sticky post at the top of the forum - in it you'll find the phone number you should be texting for assistance with your issue.

You are showing as a premium member, so you should be able to see premium content (or there's a bug that needs to be reported).

That actually shows up instantly, it just takes a while to work since AFAIK there's still a manual step to "activate" it. Another fun bit - it stays there forever, even if your membership lapses and it is no longer valid.

(as recently seen with clarcombe) :wink:

Rick is currently in hospital (nothing major) which may explain the delay in getting the manual step done.
