Premium Membership

Hi,

I recently upgraded to a premium membership. I purchased IBM 1 Year premium membership. But i still can not see the Premium Content. When will I be able to see the premium contents?

I sent a couple of emails to the given email ids but didn't receive any reply.

I received a purchase confirmation email from Rick.

There's a stickied post at the top of this and other forums that shows you the best way to get your question answered / addressed.

ps. I believe you've only seen an automated response so far, from what I understand the actual activation part is still manual so can take some time.

I am having a different problem.
Everytime I try to purchase the 1 year premium membership, I get this message:

Am I doing something wrong?

p.s. I tried also to contact the support that was in the message , but no response.

I doubt you're doing anything wrong, sounds like a problem with the site that hosts the cart. Did you try texting the site owner here using the number in the stickied post? He may need to work with the cart company...
