I paid for my premium membership renewal 7 days ago but my profile has not been updated.

I have sent numerous emails to the membership master and forum masters but no reply (not even a read receipt).

Therefore, I have raised here as a last resort.

Pete - there's a forum dedicated for issues like this (amongst other things) and I've moved you there. As in here. And as noted in other discussions, emails are not the way to go, please text our Editor:
