I would be glad to volunteer some time to help, but let's focus on the issue and how to get it resolved so the service can be restored and function properly. This site provide allot of good services.

The last 2 years that I have been signed up as a premium member, I have also had issue getting my membership reactivate after payment was received. So I know this is an area that needs some work.

Maybe we could hire some high-school kid about 3 hours a week, for minimum wage?

There is no need for an experienced person to be signing up new paid members I would think. Do we have that kind of money?

My issue got resolved after interacting with Dennis via text message. I lost 4 months of subscription though.
I suggest anyone having similar problem to text Dennis @ 1-817-688-7181.

This is worrisome. I paid for 2 years and I've got plenty of time left, but whenever I do have to re-subscribe I don't want to do without this valuable resource!

Can't somone look at this process and make improvements?!

even though i think this should be handled automatically for such an amount it was handled within 5 minutes upon sending the sms with payment info.
