Premium Membership not Renewed

Hi,

I have renewed the 3 year membership On November 13 2015, it is been two weeks but still it is not activated/Renewed

I have sent couple of mails to the below Email ID's but there is no response from them either

rick@dsxchange.net,
membership.director@dsxchange.com,
editor@dsxchange.net

Can anyone please guide me, to whom should i contact to activate

As noted elsewhere in this forum, the only email address we know of that has a chance of working nowadays is "editor@dsxchange.net", I'm afraid.

Aditya,

Any update on this yet? I just purchased premium membership, I am member since 2005 .

adityavarma's entry shows as premium member. I would expect manteena's to be processed shortly, given that the administrators have just had the Thanksgiving holiday.

There is no problem with membership activation whats so ever... mine done in hour...

Hello,

My colleague has a similar problem. He can't get his account to work. He has already sent few emails explaining the isssue to editor, membership.director and webmaster but no reply whatsoever.

It's been more than few weeks now. Can anybody suggest whom he should contact to get his problem resolved?
