How does premium membership work after paying the fee?

I made a payment for 1 year membership but cannot access the material for
premium membership. Can some one tell me what to do and how this work.
Any guidance will be appreciated.

When I last renewed, it took 2 business days for it to go through. Have you waited 2-3 business days?

It's a manual process and can take a day or three. You'll know it is in effect when it says "Premium Member" next to your name over on the left.

I made the payment on June/16/2014 and wrote several times and never got an answer from support.

June of last year? :shock:

That would have been good to mention up front. Did you try emailing "editor@dsxchange.net" as other posts mention?
