Problems while posting

When i tried to compose two posts one after another i received the following error message:
You cannot make another post so soon after your last; please try again in a short while.

They must have been very short and right after each other, I think the internal clock is either 30 seconds or a minute. This is to prevent double-clicking on the submit button and getting 2 or more submissions of the same post. Also to prevent DOS attacks.

I could not post for about 15 minutes yesterday. I made a post at around 17:30PM local time but the post time updated is 17:45PM.
I do not face any problem now.
