I feel honored guys. Thanks for your continous support. I am just giving back to dsxchange what it gave to me. I remember there was a time, when Ray had to walk me through, step by step, on how to make a job multi-instance. And now I am able enough, to help others with a whatever knowledge i gained from here.
Ken, really kind of you to promote me to DSguruIAM. To be really honest, still need a few more years in DS to reach that level, but i am behind you guys
